The basics, up front
(a) Who we areA real job with a real team behind it
You're hired, trained, and managed by Accuswift — not by an app. One station, one fleet, one dispatch desk.
We hire
Step van, cargo, seasonal cargo, and driver helper roles — all based out of Skokie, all filled by our own team.
We train
Structured training on a live route with a driver beside you before you work a delivery run on your own.
We manage
A dispatch desk that answers, routes you can learn by heart, and a schedule that stays consistent.
We're local
One station, one fleet, one community. You'll recognize the streets before the end of your first week.
